1. Cancellations

As each kit is custom-made, we do not allow cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.

2. Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or incomplete.

• You receive the wrong order.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

• Provide a photo of the issue along with your order number.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
